I am getting tired of spending hours on the phone with you guys only to realise that your Call Centre agents don't even know how to fix the problem It is a useless exercise. I am still getting told that the Boxoffice movie rental is only available to DSTV premium subscribers and that's exactly what I am, a Premium Subscriber!!!
I pay close to R900 a month for your service and in addition another few R100's on phone calls and THIS IS STILL NOT FIXED!
