Multichoice just cant get it right first time

AG NO MAN, REALLLYYYY? Why cant they just reconnected ALL my services!! This is really getting frustrating!!! I FEEL screaming already!!! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO??? All is not fine!! I cant access any of my recording, boxoffice, NOTHING. SERIOUSLY, why cant they just do it right the first time??
I am SOOOO dissapointed!!! DSTV made an error! But I am the one having to PAY for it!!! You phoned me three times telling me that the error was on DSTV's side, you corrected my account and payment ON my account is only due 2nd December. I phoned back and spoke to Prudence which also told me this. Then you PHONED me back again confirming this!!! BUT WHAT suprise did we get this morning?? OUR DSTV has been disconnected!!! DISCONNECTED becoz of YOUR ERROR!!! FIX IT ASAP!!! This is POOORRRR POOOORRRRRR service!!!
