I purchased my PVR and had it installed last week Thursday - one of the main reasons I bought a PVR was to be able to watch the Box Office Movies. I went onto the website and registered and paid R100 and to date I am still getting the E01 error message. I have called your Durban call centre 3 times and every time they dont have a clue whats going on and promise that someone is going to call me to get this resolved and this is now day 5 and of course no call. So I am forced to write on Hellopeter because then at least one gets a response..
