I cannot do this over the phone anymore as your phone lines keep cutting me off.
I hired a Box Office movie, "We're the Millers", yesterday (06.01.2014), but received a message that we had successfully hired "Redemption". After waiting a while, none of those movies even showed up as ready to view.
I called the call centre and was told by the agent AND the supervisor that I had put the code in for "Redemption" and that they could see that clearly from the message I sent; very infuriating as there is clearly a problem with your system and I 100% put the clicked on and sent the code for "We're the Millers". They then said the movie was paid for and irreversible, even though I still can not watch it! Ridiculous. After 5 or 6 times getting cut off I gave up, but no call back and no help from there? Very disappointing.
Please get this sorted ASAP as I WILL NOT pay for "Redemption". Also, make a plan for your call centre people to be able to sort and reverse these problems, or I will not be using your obviously problematic and glitchy system again.
