I bought a Top tv Decoder in May 2013 It got actived on the 5Th June 2013 after I had to call them adn arrange for the installer to come to my place. I agreed to there terms and conditions. Only to be cut of on the 11th of June. After about 15 Call I got reconnected on the 28th June 2013 >I paid the baccount according the invoice that was emailed to Me > I paid in R300 as from 276 that I got bill for > this mean i paid my full description for the month of July 2013 and the prorated for the days it being discounted > I called them 6times and they said i still owe then a R81 > the point is how can I still owen then a R81 if I was billed for 276 only in which I paid R300 > Then the clients that used top tv dont get the injoyment of it due to channel is not as promised . im still waiting them to call me
