I paid for my removal costs in 1 day, I asked for a account but they refused however, due to my urgent move I had to borrow funds and use from my savings as my company reimburses me for it at a later stage. However due to the quote of insurance on a estimated value, I then counted my items and the value was lower than the estimated, even though the full amount was paid. After 15 days I received an invoice for the same quote and my actual value was not taken into account. I then followed up, they requested a credit on the 15th June 2013 which should take 2-3 weeks to process. Today is the 17th June 2013 and after a month nothing has been received. When I emailed Tashmin, on the 11th July 2013 I was still told it takes 2-3 weeks to process.
PATHETHIC is not the word to describe the correspondence via emails!!!
