Electric Avenue
False Advertising And Disgusting Attitude

I visited the Electric Ave Known (Fanatasy Forest) at the Gateway Mall over the weekend and was totally disturbed and disgusted with the remark made by a So called manager. We visited the Electric Ave with family members and / - 6 to 7 kids and alot of money was spend on tokens for the kids to play on the machines. As we walked around there was signage that stated Spend R100 or more and pop a balloon for a prize. When i inquired about this by the ladies at the ticket counter they stated that this does not apply to us as the tokens were made at the front of the shop which i did not understand as these tokens was spent in the same store. I then asked why did the signage not specify or state that tokens made at a specific area only qualifies but the lady advised i ask the manager that question as she did not knw how to respond to that. So called manager JOE came and wen asked him in a professional manner he was totally arrogant and rude. I then asked him who can i report this to as this is false advertising his responds shocked me more as he responded ASK ONE OF YOU INDIAN BROTHERS.I felt that was totally uncalled for and was a remark. I took out pictures of the advertisment
