My electricity ran out this morning (sunday). Made a payment of R2040 to Electrovend. Usually the tokens are sms'ed through. Today, nothing.
I phoned the after hours number but get a voicemail stating that it is the after hours number and that I should phone the office. All three office numbers go to a message that say "the number does not exist"
Now here I am on a sunday afternoon, no power, no tokens, no working support line, stuck! Unable to do my work because they are not doing theirs.
I will look for another metering company on monday
