I visited this shop on Friday afternoon at about 15:40pm. some machines were not working and one only saw this after the tokens were inserted. NO REFUNDS given by the machine. I went to a black haired lady and she treated me rudely and refered me to the manager, he was also rude, they thought they were talking to a kid!! I helped them right and then he refunded the tokens to my son. I went back the following day on purpose to see if they fixed these machines, to my shock it was not fixed and even so there were two more broken machines. the kids threw their tokens in and when nothing happend they gladly went to the other machined. I noticed this from the other kids and my son AGAIN and I went to inspect. there were no out of order signs and some machines were not even swtiched off. I again went to a blond haired lady and complained, she said she does not want any part of it and I must speak to the owner Sippy. (how many kids have lost thier money on machines not working, years?) I gladly phone Sippy and spoke to him, he received my call gladly but when I raised the complain he changed character. after I got upset with him he said I should not threathen him and he hung up in my ea
