Still zero response

Since my previous report mom started paying off the debt. I have written numerous e-mails to 'Pumeza Rungqu' asking for a statement to at least know that (1) they receive the payments done by EFT and (2) to see how much is outstanding and what the interest on the debt is. I get confirmation that my e-mails are delivered but get no response.
