My Dstv was disconnected because my payment was a day later. I went this morning early to do the R24 payment plus the R50 reconnection fee. My Dstv is STILL disconnected and it is already 10 in the evening. Countless emails to their office-NO RESPONSE whatsoever. They are fast to cut people of BUT SLOW to connect again. I am thinking of cancelling my subscription to them. POOR POOR SERVICE.
