I had issues with my PVR (an older model), I spoke to a guy named Karabo- he was so patient and very helpful. He went the extra mile of calling back to find out if my issue was resolved and if I needed any more help from Multichoice. I was really impressed with the level of service and help I got from him. Thank you Multichoice for a pleasant service experience :)
