We've had signal problems with our MNET decoder the last few days, but yesterday it was terrible and we could barely hear one complete sentence on the tv without it losing signal.
We phoned Multichoice and my husband spoke to Lindwe at 19:05. He provided us with the information we needed and even offered to help to direct us how to 're-set / programme' the decoder over the phone.
He was patient and helpful and knew exactly how to direct us.
Thank you Lindwe for your great service. Our signal is not 100% yet, but it is much better.
