Wrong information and stil i have to pay

I activated my Extra view account on Wednesday night after a week of struggle, Wednesday night I asked the lady who helped me what is the amount I have to pay to be up to date I maybe asked her 5 times she told me R475.17 Thursday morning I even sms the balance line where I received a sms to say the amount is R475.17 on Friday I went into [URL Removed] played around went into my account and saw I am outstanding with R116.66, I phoned Dstv they told me it was a mistake I am R116.66 outstanding and have to pay it. I mean it was not my mistake and I repeatedly asked what the amount is please sort it out for me it is not my Fault my id is 8505095077087, J.H. Loock. Hope to hear from you soon.
