My pvr decoder was faulty, i had it replaced at a multichoice branch at greenstone. I was told that for them to reset the decoder they needed to disconnect my extra view account and i can just call Multichoice to have it reconnected.

i think multichoice takes advantage of the fact that there is no other network offering the same products as them, trust me as soon as the is another company offering the service multichoice is offering i am the first to leave that company
Nombuso's manager should really listen to that call, you never know who is on the other line.
