I took the whole family with me to watch Iron Man 3. I did an online booking during the week. We went on the Sunday the 5th of May. Upon entering the cinema there were people sitting on our seats. Unfortunately, I made a HUGE mistake and accidentally booked the tickets for the Saturday (4th of May). I explained my problem to one of the staff, she took me to the manager and he said it would be no problem to look for a row of open seats. 5 Minutes later we were seated and could enjoy the movie. No questions asked just a happy smile and our problem was sorted. Thanks for the excellent service! I wish more companies could have the same attitude that you have towards their customers.
I don't think we will be watching movies anywhere else than Montecasino.
