SLOW DISINTERESTED SERVICE

I watch most of my new movies at Rosebank The ZOne because of the Prestige cinema and the generally great screens and sound. However everyime I go I am amazed at how purposefully slow (at least it seems that way) and irritable and disinterested the confectionary staff are. Having paid nearly 200 rand for premium tickets, there are always incredibly long and slow moving ques at the confectionary stand which is made so much worse by the staffs complete lack of care that people want to get into the cinema to catch the trailers and beginning of the movie.

Now this is not a late comers complaint. No matter how early I get there the staff here have bad attitudes, will never do anything above the call of duty to help and move slower than dead people. Get new people. Let these staff members move on. I myself worked at a book store for years as a student and i know what its like to work faster when there are lots of people in the que.

Perhaps they need new staff, new management or new training but I hope something is done about this shocking customer service.
