I would like to know how many customers have their DSTV disconnected each month on the basis that DSTV has not received payment. I have been paying my account for years via EFT transfer. Of late, it has become a practise where our service is disconnected even thouigh we have made payment on the end of each month. Clearly this is a for if 1 million people are disconnected at a cost of R50, then Multichoice coins R50 million just like that. We have been trying to get hold of their service centre ALL DAY. when you do, you end up 230 in the queue!!! Why?? are people calling to praise their service?? I moot a national campaign to establish what is really going on and what are their motives. We have never made a payment later than the 1st of each month yet we have experienced two such disconnections and the audacity of it all, we are expected to pay a reconnection fee..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
