3 times in the last year they have up. Their fault each time at my cost and time. During this month I I changed from decoder to PVR specifically requesting not to activate PVR functionality until the new LNB was fitted. A simple swap from decoder to PVR hardware is all i wanted. I have just been billed double my normal subscription. A phone call and I am 65 in the queue, Why cant they get it right. Oh yes please activate my drifter AGAIN. Just a thought 10, 000 ups a month double billing at R500.00 and a tidy sum of others money to use at no charge. No wonder Naspers is doing so well. Please put the excess amount charged back in my account. I DO NOT want a credit, just MY money back. Please enable my drifte
