Pathetic & unethical Service from Multichoice

I'm lodging a complaint about the poor service I've received from Multichoice.
I moved into a complex that does not support my PVR as they only have one LNB port whereas the PVR has two. My husband then went out and bought a brand new decoder that would allow us to resume watching and access ALL of the channels which i pay a lot of money for every month. In doing so, we then contacted Multichoice to notify them of the change in decoder and to activate it on their end &at the same time, to DE-ACTIVATE the existing decoder. We were then told that because of the time of month in which we informed them, we will be 'double charged but thereafter, the normal installment of R600 would be deducted from my acc. I thought it was ridiculous but didn't argue and it was confirmed that the decoder had been canceled &the new one, activated. Last month, an mount of R1240 was deducted from my account and another amount of R1250 deducted yesterday. I called them &was informed that I've been charged for two decoders one of which, is no longer in use. Needless to say, i am STILL waiting for response or feedback from the 'supervisor'.I am beyond furious and DEMAND answers and my money back!
