Do not go Debit Order!!!

I changed to debit order. I usually pay R655 for premium, HD and xtraview combined. First month all went well. Now on the second month I get billed R718!!! This is insane! DSTV, fix this NOW, and fix it permanently. I'm tired of having to explain to you how to do your jobs! I've been doing that since I changed to HD. I always have to call with; "re-activate my decoder, re-activate my drifta, re-activate xtraview, fix my account... blah blah blah... I should start billing you for 50 minutes of my precious spare time every month!!!
