For a month ive been trying to cancel decoder care on a 4tuner decoder I stopped using a year ago because the hard disk, failed for the 3rd time in a year. Last month I received a list of my decoder care policies, which showed that I've been paying for insurance on this inactive decoder for a year. When I phoned them, they tried to convince me that I am actually not paying enough. But after they finally calculated and realised the error. The informed me that they first need to listen to the call recordings from a year back, to confirm if I did ask them to cancel the insurance. Which I did. They just did not come back to me. I've send emails to the decoder care email, they just dont respond. I checked now on self service and the insurance is still sitting there. Utterly pathetic
