Universal studios advertised a competition to stand a chance to win 4 tickets to the screening of despicable me 2, I took interest and entered it, I was then emailed back telling me I had won the competition and and secured 4 movie tickets to the screening on the 30th June. I prepared and made arrangements to go view the movie but the late on Friday the 28 of June I receive an email telling me there had been a mistake and I had not won and would not be able to be accommodated at the screening but will be given 2 vouchers to watch it at a time convenient to me from the 1 July. I'm mean why did it take them from the 17th June to the last minute of 28th June to notify me what about the hassle I've gone through to make arrangements, what makes them think 2 tickets will just make up for everything, by sending me that email it was a written contract and out of the blue 2 days before the event at 9pm they decide to break the unfortunate news, this is unaccaptable and unfair they promised me 4 tickets to the screening not to complimentry vouchers what about the kids that I promised to take to the screening the petrol I used to fetch the kids so they were with me, unacceptable
