Trying to sort out a problem with my DSTV, but it is impossible to speak to a human being in their call centre. I hold on for nearly an hour, listening to all their recorded advertising messages, then the call is eventually answered by an agent who says he has to transfer me to the extra-view department, and then I get cut off. GRRR!!! This has happened three times today. I have wasted over two hours and who knows how much money trying to call the DSTV call centre. You need to employ more people so that calls to your call centre can actually be answered!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!
