This complaint is for both StratCol and FNB. I have a R99.99 transaction on my cheque account because apparently KRAYCAM requested StraCol to debit from my account. First and foremost, I dont who the k you both are!!! I have called and spoken to a StratCol agent who said she cannot help me and I need to speak to an unreachable KRAYCAM. I have spoken to FNB who said the cannot help and I need to speak to StratCol. I have done my research and these are the only questions I have: It is clear to me that KRAYCAM steals money from people accounts using StratCol. StratCol keeps no record of these complaints because whenever people call to complain they give the complainant the Client's contact number and move on; as long as they are making money who cares!!! What I need to know from StratCol is if you are doing ligitimate business why have you not monitored the number of transaction that people complain about especially from KrayCam so that you can make sure that your clients are not giving you a bad name??? To FNB I am definitely not your first client to complain about this. So why havent you blacklisted StratCol so they can do their due diligence.
