For the worst call centre in the country call Multichoice. I have cumulative 2 hours holding on the phone over the last two nights trying to get an error message resolved. When my call was finally attended to last night I was told they could not assist as the system was offline. Tonight when I finally got through the consultant couldn't assist and then promptly cut me off. The problem is still unresolved. Multichoice should spend some of its obscene profits on employing more and competent people in its call centre.
