Multichoice has the worst Call Centre I have EVER had to deal with! Besides the fact that you have to listen to all their options and then hold on for up to an hour, once I finally get through, I get cut off!! I am trying to sort out my account as I have been charged for 2 subscriptions since Oct 2012 and every time I call I have to explain the whole story from the beginning! No one has called me to explain, follow up or refund me. I would appreciate some feedback!
