I'm stunned why does Multichoice respond so quickly to "hellopeter" complaints and yet again, if you go to the call centre in Menlyn, waiting in the "Q" for 2 hours to speak to a consultant, then they tell you that they can't assist with the query the call centre or go to head office in Randburg. Short of a long explination Card numbers 0006646331; 0006646330 and 4103579807 has been billed for and not in use. Around 16 November 2007, a PVR was installed and card was activated and it was requested that 0006646331 should be cancelled. Then in July 2008 card number 3. 4103579807 was also activated. After numerous attempts on 3 Jan 2012, I eventually got through to Ricardo 118378616 who assured me that the matter will be attended the minute that the relevant department returns from leave. NO progress No feedback from Multichoice until I called again and was given the details of Veena which a detailed email was forwarded to. She informed me on 28 Jan to liaise with Hope Mtonga; I would like to commend Hope for efforts in trying to assist me and trusting that she will get back to me as promised on Monday.. I dare Multichoice to revert promptly and favourable resolution.
