ONGOING BAD SERVICE

I sent below email at the end of last month. This problem has been persisting since last year and its still not resolved. Low and behold yet again I get a sms stating that my account is overdue and i need to make payment of R1449.98 and I pay a monthly fee of R720 after the new increase.

Good Day
Please take heed of the fact that this will be the last time that I will comply with your request of forwarding proof of payment to your offices.
I have done this on numerous occasions and still my service gets interrupted and not due to any fault on my side.
I incur bank charges for any payment history more than 90 days and you require proof of payment from July 2012 and I don't get compensated for this.
I refuse to be held liable continuously for mistakes on your side with the regards to payment of my account.
I am absolutely appalled at your companies incompetence in their accounts department.
Whenever I call with regards to my account I get told about someone making payment into my account from a ABSA account and I have never in my entire existence had an ABSA account.
PS! If after sending this email the problem does not get resolved further steps will be taken.
