Unhappy custome

On the 5 May 2013 my subscription was switched off due to non payment, I paid on the 26 May 2013 and my subscriptiopn was switched on and on the 6 june 2013 my subscription was switched off i phone the call centre and i spoke to Dolly who told me that i owe R58.10 because of the 5 days i viewed the tv where they switched off the tv on the 5 May 2013 so iam getting charged for their mistake of not switching the tv off on the 1May 2013, i asked Dolly that i want to speak to the supervisor or manager, i held on for a long time and i hung up and phoned again and i spoke to Moitiri Maserumula who switched it on and i advice her that the R58.10 that i was not told about i was gonna pay it month end. This morning i the tv is switched off again.

i am not going to waste my time by phoning them again, i am not happy...
