Switching off DSTV

On 15 Nov I bought a new DSTV decoder. I am on easyview and pay yearly. They told me my account was in arrears with R2, but I have to pay R319 for the year. I did the payment and my DSTV worked for two days. On 18 Nov they switched off the signal. When I phoned they said I have to pay R22.90 and I did that. from that day on, every day the switched off the signal and after phoning they switched it on again. On 27 Nov I spoke to Tabiso with ref nr. 146540808. He said I need to pay R1.64 within 48 hours, 12 hours later the signal was switched off again. When my husband phone he spoke to Olifant Magobe on 28 Nov, who said everything is OK. Two days later they switched it off again. They cost me a lot of money phoning everyday. Please help me sort out this problem.
