Made a payment on the 25/05/2013 then on the 27/05/2013 my service was disconnected i then called 011289-2222 told me that i did not made a payment i sent a proof of payment to [Email Removed] i got an envelope on my TV screen that im owing the r50, 00 reconnection fee, i have been sending emails with no responce i have been calling 011289-2222 but no luck. can someone pls get back to me because im not prepared to pay that 50.00, my account was paid on time
