I have contacted Multichoice call centre on Wednesday after my service was just stopped. I spoke to someone and apparently I must get a new card. I had no previous letters to let me know that the card must be changed. On Thursday the service was off again. On Friday I phoned and ask if it can be switched on, as they did for me on Wednesday and Thursday, but they refused. I spoke to Bheki the supervisor and they only told me they cant help. The card must first be switched. This is really poor service and poor communication. I have been a client since DSTV started and I am really disgusted with this service I got. Why cant the service be switched on, it is paid for, until I can go and switch the card.
