I purchased tickets from Big concerts, and the t&c state that a full refund of the face value of the ticket is done if tickets are returned within 30 days of the event.
I returned the tickets and a convenience fee was deducted, when I enquired about the deduction, I was told it was catered for in the t&c by Darryl Shapiro 1 week after my initial call to him (he was supposed to get back to me the same day). Whilst I was still talking to him, he just said bye and cut the call.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and contravention of the CPA. Big concerts are misleading people and should state their policing when selling event tickets.
