I recently purchased tickets for an event online and made payment with a credit card - the response in the message was that the tickets would be emailed to me shortly, the monies were deducted from my credit card, and no email received. Calls made, with no answer, after holding for over 30 minutes, tried again and left a message which for a customer service consultant to contact me, which never happened.
Emailed customer service and their response was to send the booking details through, which are the same details that were supposed to be emailed to me and never did. now we sit with no response from big concerts, tried to follow up with more calls and 4 more emails, to no avail - not even a response from big concerts.
DO NOT USE BIG CONCERTS, THEY WILL QUICKLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER PROVIDE YOU WITH THE PURCHASED TICKETS - USE ANY OTHER FORM OF TICKETS PURCHASE BUT NOT BIG CONCERTS. YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY!!!
