The option to upload recurring credit card payments for my subscription on the website does not work. There is no option on the screen to enter a CVV number.
I have forwarded the complaint via e-mail to [URL Removed] support. All I get in response is a generic answer:
"We apologize for the inconvenience. We escalated the issue and will get back to you as soon as we receive feedback."
The resolution to this matter is now long overdue.
