I again was over charged for my monthly bill on the 3rd of June 2013 - the same problem I had dealt with on the 2nd May.
Each time I phone, it costs me money. Last month Spent R100 (aprox) on phonecalls made to Multichoice. This month I spent nearly 20 minutes on a call with the supervisor (who was very professional at all times) but has yet to contact me back about refunds/arrangements/preventing this from happening again.
Kindly attend to the matter.
