Multichoice
Unable to resolve EFT payment via FNB

On the 27th of May, we deposited R200 on the DSTV box office account. When we attempted to rent a movie, we were told that there is insufficient funds on the account. We were later told that there is a problem with EFT payments made via FNB, and that this was being investigated and would be resolved. We called again on the 29th May and the problem was still not resolved and our account was credited with R50 so that we may be able to rent a movie, then debited with R50 again. On Friday the 31st the problem was still not resolved. We were sent from pillar to post and the assistant was adamant to credit the account like previously. We spoke to the team leader who finally could assist us to rent, after spending close to 45 mins on the call. Tonight we called Multichoice again, and spoke to Thabiso, who still could not assist and claimed that team leader Kabelo Dibethe refuses to be involved. This is so pathetic as we paid this account, and no one wants to take accountability for this fault. It seems like although this is known nobody is doing anything about it. No proactiveness from DSTV. We have spend a lot of money on calls only not to get assistance. Bad unacceptable service. Help!
