Multichoice
Unacceptable Service

On Monday I realized that my extra view decoder wasn't showing any picture and therefore I contacted Multichoice, I sat on the phone with this guy for roughly about 45 minutes trying to sort out the problem I had but there was no solution to the problem. This afternoon I decided to phone again and spoke to a lady named Kensani Baloyi, she also attempted to solve the problem but no solution. She then tells me my decoders are faulty and need to be sent to Richards Bay. My decoders were bought in December 2012, how can they be giving me problems, they brand new. I am expected to put petrol in my car and travel to Richards Bay, this costs money not forgetting all these long calls to Multichoice which already costed me R300 of airtime, i asked Kensani to phone me back as it is getting costly and she refused. I can't believe the service I am getting from Multichoice, it really disappoints me. I must cough out 400 rand for tv? In these economic times? Who will reimburse me this money? Already I have spent money for there brand new decoders which I don't mind but this is ridiculous. I need this problem rectified
