Since September 2013, every single month Multichoice is switching off my account because they say I did not pay my bills. This not true, and I have the proof (WHICH I HAVE SENT THROUGH A DOZEN OF TIMES!!!)
Every month on the 7th I have to phone them once again, in order to tell the same story over and over and over again! I am sick of this, despite numerous promises that this will be escalated to management. I have spent HOURS on the phone (on my bill) to try and sort this out, to no avail. I received another message tonight to pay my account, so guess what I HAVE TO DO BEFORE THE 7TH AGAIN!! This is the last of it. If the account management is so pathetic, then I am permanently suspending my account with Multichoice. (Oh, and I will send my phone bill with for all the wasted time speaking to incompetent people). Brenda is ONE of the many people I spoke to, as well as Supervisor Frikkie or Freddie (whoever you are). I refuse to re-explain the situation again, so if Multichoice wants to call me, go back to my call history before you call.
Hope to get this sorted ASAP, otherwise you loose a customer. PERIOD!
