So I finally got my refund, after 2 weeks of fighting and explaining. Because no one seems to know how things work. And guess what they paid it into my bank account BY CHEQUE! So it will take another 7 days to clear. Was this out of pure spite-fullness. Who still refunds customers by cheque. Or have Multichoice not heard about Internet banking? I am shocked and disgusted. I wish I could move to another service provider, but Multi Choice knows they have the monopoly and just don't care about customer service. Top TV provides BETTER SERVICE, but unfortunately not better or similar channels
