DSTV HORROR

I paid my DSTV Some days ago both reconnection fee & my monthly subcription
I then emailed them my customer number to my surprise they haven't responded,
What amazes me is that they are so quickly to disconnect but to slow to connect
For a company huge as DSTV their service must be the best
