My wife, her sister and there mom went to Ster Kinekor in Cape Gate on Satuday 1June 2013 to watch the 19:30pm show (Hangover 3) and paid for there tickets before 5pm and went to a restuarant in the center to have supper untill that time.
They eventually went in only to discover after a couple said that they are sitting on there spot. The cashier booked them for the 22:30pm movie which was not requested. The manager (African guy) then came in and practically forced/chased them off there seats. As a paying customer they felt embarrassed and disrespected as this manager treated them as criminals and threatened to call security for them. When confronting the cashier about the error she created, she denied that they requested 19:30pm movie. I feel that this manager needs customer service training and could have dealt with is issue better. I will not rest untill this guy gets dealt with and expect a written apology from. Yes we recieved a refund, but that was not the point.
