A week ago I phoned Boxoffice. Sending sms to watch a movie but keep on getting sms that I have insufficient funs with money in my Boxoffice account. Phoned them today 3 times already. Keep on promising me to come back to us IT is trying to resolve the problem. Is it possible for the IT section to take longer than a week to sort out such a simple problem. Second weekend that I can't watch movies because of the incompetence of the company. Ridicolous!!!
