We went to Cresta to watch Percy Jackson a week or so ago. As the movie started, the one speaker blew. The manager came in and dealt with the situation in such a perfect way, they fixed the speaker - very quickly I might add - and the manager gave everyone in attendance re-admission tickets. Very nicely done and the situation could not be dealt with in a better way! Compliments to you!
I was wondering though - when are the seats getting redone in the cinemas where the old seats are still in?
