On 14/12/12, I phoned Multichoice to enquire why my Mnet is not working since my account was paid. I was informed that a signal will be sent. 2 days later, still no service. Went into Somerset West branch, who also promised to send signal. After numerous phone calls (for my account) I was informed that there was reception issues in some areas. Spoke to Philiswe again yesterday (17/01/13) after getting a message that "if I don't pay, they will cut off my service". This after not having service until yesterday. This morning my service was cut. Received a message that I had to pay subscription the connection penalty fee again?!?!?!?! HOW THE DO YOU CHARGE SOMEONE FOR ABSOLUTELY ZERO SERVICE!!! I consider this!!!
