MULTICHOICE DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICES

I send an email to ask to change the payment date. I get a email back (see below). All of a sudden they disconnect the dstv. When I phone they tell me I must pay pro-rata and pay a RECONNECTION FEE. This is unfair. In the email that I receive did'nt tell me that I must pay pro rata money. My nose is not so good to smell that I must pay pro rata.
