Phoned MNET yesterday as the signal is very bad and not watchable. After 40 minutes on the phone and the customer service rep not being able to assist me, I was told that a technician will be in contact shortly. It is now almost 24 hrs later and I have had no call. So I guess no MNet tonight either. I called thrice yesterday and each time received a different answer. What are you doing about your signal and pathetic service. As if DELIGHT is a keyword in your customer service.
