I am aain appauled by ur service, I ask to change payment dates, and you do your own thing
I called this morning and this agent was never on my account, the emaik cannot be found, why do I have to go through this everytime???!
My opayment date should remain the 15th and - should be debited for the subcription, amount due without the connection fee, n as per your promotion get R100 off for paying by debit order, hw hard can it be to process this???!
