Hi, I recently instructed multichoice to debit my account on the promotion they advertised to charge clients R100.00 less then on the 1st debit order which has not been done since i applied in March. I have reported the matter which they promised to have sorted but to no avail. I am very disappointed with the manner of which multichoice handles queries as no one has contacted me since lodging my query in the beginning of May while my debit application was done in March.
